We have 10 principles that underpin how we work with our clients on most consulting engagements:

  1. Setting expectations – what will be delivered and how we will work with you
  2. Providing a process – we will explain how the engagement will be carried out and what is expected from all parties
  3. Curiosity – some of the questions will be tough, some may make you re-evaluate what you are doing. All will be relevant.
  4. Challenge existing ‘norms’ – looking at why things are done the way they are, and the reasons behind this.
  5. Be honest – in the way that we deal with you, and document our thinking.
  6. Evidence-based thinking – relying more on what we can prove, than mere supposition.
  7. Not confusing strategy with tactics – both are needed, but they are different. First we’ll help you set your vision, then your strategy, then determine with you your tactical priorities.
  8. Ensure that strategy is consistently aligned with execution – we can provide project management expertise to ensure that this happens.
  9. Listen then act – we won’t make change for the sake of it. We will only act when we fully understand a situation and have sufficient information to move forwards.
  10. Mutual respect – we respect the knowledge and experience that our clients have, and expect that to be reciprocated.
